the role of Flip Phillips in the hit series, 'Happy Days.'
His first soap role was in 1984 for one year as Ricky Driscoll on
'Capitol.' In 1986, Billy portrayed Frankie Brady for three years on 'Days
of Our Lives.' The role earned him daytime Emmy for 'Best Actor/Young
Leading Man' in 1988. He went on to Baywatch. He portrayed the role of
Eddie Kraimer for two seasons.
