Angelica Bridges was born and raised in Harrisonville, Missouri. The small town has an estimated population of 6,000. She grew up on her family's ranch as a tomboy enjoying such activities as horseback riding, fishing and catching frogs.

Angelica began taking dance lessons by the age of 3. As one of those children wanting to be a star and perform, Angelica was doing radio commercials and voice-overs for the local Harrisonville radio station by the young age of 9. After a great start, by the age of 12, she entered herself in NBC's nationwide search for talent, which was making a stop in Kansas City, Missouri. Out of the thousands of hopefuls, she was only one of the twenty young actors who signed to a trial option agreement for possible future work assignments.

Angelica began modeling at 14, appearing in 'Teen' magazine and at 16, won the 'Miss Missouri Teen' title. After High School, she auditioned for a singing group that toured internationally. She got one of the positions as a lead singer. This was a big break, as well as great exposure, for the group got to perform at 'The Shanghai TV festival,' which was seen by over 300 million people a night.

In 1992 Angelica was crowned 'California Young Miss of America.' John Casablancas, founder of the internationally prestigious 'Elite Modeling Agency,' spotted her while she was performing a show at Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida. He immediately signed her to a contract. Her career took off! Angelica traveled the world over the next few years as an 'Elite Model.' She also garnered a two-year contract with 'Clarol' to be the 'Ultress Girl.' She has appeared on over a dozen magazine covers.

Commercial credits include, 'Diet Coke,' 'Toyota,'' 'Sony,' 'Doritos,' 'Hanes,' 'IBM,' 'Bally's,' 'Pontiac' and 'Pepsi.' Angelica is best known for her 'Brut Cologne' commercial (as Troy Aikman's girlfriend).

Angelica broke into acting when she won the role of Sharon Taylor on the daytime soap, 'Days of Our Lives.' Since her big break with the soap, she has had guest roles on 'Cybill' (CBS), 'Pacific Blue,' NYPD Blue' (ABC), Silk Stalkings, and the CBS daytime soap, 'Young and the Restless.

She went on to read for a part on 'Baywatch.' Angelica was able to prove her swimming skills. Currently, she has landed the role of Lieutenant Taylor Walsh, a South Bay Lifeguard that the Chief sends down to interview for the position that Mitch Buchannon (David Hasselhoff) left open due to his promotion as Captain.

She has recently shot a pilot for FOX's 'Metropolitan Hospital.' Her most recent commercial is for 'American Express.'
